Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are shown when you book and on your confirmation from Soil to Soul Resorts.

Each rate carries its own cancellation window. The line on your confirmation is the one that applies.

If a rate is marked non-refundable at checkout, that charge stays if you cancel.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer after the hotel releases the amount.

Moving a stay is not the same as a cancellation. Ask the desk before arrival — they will follow the rule on your rate and what rooms are open.

Write to connect@soiltosoulresorts.com with your confirmation number if you need the hotel to review a cancellation or refund.
